  26. Well, we had a choice.  We can be here and be the brunt of some people's
  27. ill will, or we can be gone.  Without making this move, I assure you we
  28. would be gone.  Usage has never been higher, tech support demands have
  29. never been higher, ftp accesses have never been higher, Web page accesses
  30. go up every week.  But our income has never been lower.  And still we get
  31. hundreds of requests for Windows Kermit software every day.

  33. Charging media costs for disks and tapes doesn't work any more -- nobody
  34. is ordering them.  They just grab the software off the net or from a CDROM
  35. they bought from somebody else, and then call us to ask how it works.
